Processing Time

Shipping times vary depending on the item:

In-stock accessories and smaller items typically ship within 1–3 business days
Guitars and larger gear may take 3–7 business days to process, depending on inspection, setup, and packaging requirements

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. Free or flat-rate shipping may be offered on select items or during promotions — please check individual product pages for details.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our shop. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions and available hours.

Shipping Within Canada

All items ship from within Canada. Most orders are delivered within 2–8 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping to the United States

We ship to most U.S. states. Delivery timelines vary, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days of shipping.

Please note: U.S. customers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or taxes charged by customs. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping charge, and we cannot predict or control them.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a delay impacts your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
