Renter Agreement

This agreement will automatically require you to fill it out before checking out your rental equipment.

Respectful Treatment

I, the renter, will be expected to treat the equipment as if it were my own. They are in good condition and are to be returned in the same condition.

Appropriate Conditions

I, the renter, will take care that the equipment is used in appropriate conditions only. It will NOT be placed or played by a cooling or heating unit to prevent the wood from expanding or shrinking. It will NOT be placed in direct sunlight – i.e. by a window with direct sunlight – as this is also harmful.

Storage

When the equipment is not being used, I, the renter, am responsible for storing it in its case in an area where it will not fall or be damaged. The tuner and other power options will be turned off when not in use so that the battery does not run out.

Damages

When the guitar is being played I, the renter, will not wear:
- Jackets with a metal zipper or large buttons
- Belts with a metal or heavy buckle
- Watch or metal wrist accessory
In order to assure that the instrument will not be scratched or damaged in any way.
Any damages will be paid for, and in the case of being damaged beyond repair, the full value of the equipment will be paid.

Liability

I, the renter, am aware that it is solely MY RESPONSIBILITY to take care of the equipment. Group settings, sharing with friends, and outdoor use are completely within my control and I accept the consequences of using the equipment in these unpredictable situations.
